Ingredients
for the choux pastry
  • 60g butter
  • 180ml (3/4C) water
  • 105g (3/4C) plain flour
  • 3 eggs
for the creme patissiere
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 250ml milk
  • 110g caster sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean (I used 1 tsp vanilla bean paste)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 90g butter, chopped
for the chocolate top
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 3tbsp vegetable oil
