contact
Feeling friendly? Well that’s good, because I’d love to hear from you.
I’m always on the lookout for places to eat, things to try and recipes to develop, so if you have a suggestion, I’d be more than happy to hear it. And, if by some chance, you feel like sending a happy “Yo! My name is xx & I’m a fan of what you’ve got going here” or, conversely, a “Dude, you’ve got to fix this… It’s making me crazy” then please send that through as well.
The best way to do it? Drop me a line at shez [at] onebitemore.com (replacing the [at] with an @ of course).
I’m also hovering around the internet on twitter – you’ll find me (and, occasionally, my lunches) @onebitemore.

advertising & sponsorship
Advertising is available on onebitemore in the form of small banner ads. In order to maintain the “look” of onebitemore, your text and/or images will be converted into a clean and clear banner that is linked to your website.
Please contact me at the above email address if you would like more information about how your brand, product or restaurant could feature on onebitemore.
public relations
I am happy to trial and review your (or your client’s) products, books or eateries (location permitting). In saying this, please note that I will only choose to feature those items / outlets that I have honestly enjoyed, and those that suit the general theme of this blog (ie: food / drink or items related to the consumption, preparation and service of food / drink).
I am also happy to attend and / or promote events that you might hold for the launch or further promotion of your product, book or eatery.
To contact me, please send an email to: shez [at] onebitemore.com (replacing the [at] with an @).
other ways to interact
Giveaways and competitions are a fantastic way for you to interact directly with the readers of onebitemore. These will typically occur in the form of a skills based competition. Please contact me to discuss the suitability of your product for a giveaway or competition at the above email address.
I am also available to write, test equipment and develop recipes for your business’ blog or website.
qualifications
So, err… I’ve been eating for at least the last twenty-odd years of my life…
In other words, no. I don’t have any food-related accreditations, qualifications or other such certificates. I did study Food Technology for my final years of high school, but I highly doubt that holds much sway.
I do, however, have a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Public Communications) majoring in advertising from the University of Technology, Sydney. And, in recent years, I have been employed in the marketing and public relations teams of various (mostly large) companies, before settling into my present career. And that last bit, I think, will help me with your brand or product just that little bit more…
