I just fell in love with these little panda biscuits. (Especially Mister Grumpy Face over on the right hand side).

Smooth milk and white chocolate on one side and a biscuit back on the other – with cut out holes for eyes and a mouth!

Unfortunately, my post-Malaysia/post-Winter figure is not quite as it should be, so I’ll have to hold off on buying a packet of these for myself for a little while. You, on the other hand, can pick them up guilt-free for $3.50 a box from your local Japanese grocer (mine lives in the arcade behind Woolworths Metro in the city).

And maybe, if you’re in the area, you can give one to me-who-had-salad-for-lunch-today. *sigh!*

    Hey, I saw these at the shop on the weekend and made a note to go back for them (I have ‘spare tyre’ issues at present). They look different to the pack, don’t they, like they’ve broken out in spots from too much chocolate.

    I love Asian snacks like this. If you’re to play the averages, I think Asian snacks wins hands down over western ones.

    @Betty: *sigh* Eating to a strict set of guidelines never really appealed to me. That said, I’ve been quite successful at glancing over at Mister Panda without actually buying him of late…
